        • How do I buy or renew my SwissPass ?

          You don’t have a SwissPass yet and you want to buy one? All you have to do is go to one of our customer centres  with an ID. You can order your SwissPass card there when purchasing your travel pass.

        • I’ve lost something on the train. What should I do?

          The easiest way of declaring your lost property is to complete an online search notice. This process is free. The place where the lost property should be returned to must be specified in the form.


          You can also report your lost property by going to one of our customer centres or by calling the SBB Rail Service: 0848 44 66 88  (CHF 0.08/min from a landline).
